The Dragon Brand Perforated Acoustic Calcium Silicate Panel is a premium sound-absorbing architectural material developed by Beixin Building Materials. Made from high-density fiber-reinforced calcium silicate board and enhanced with precision perforations and acoustic backing, the panel delivers exceptional sound performance, structural integrity, fire safety, and aesthetic appeal. Structure and Acoustic Principle

  • Base Layer: High-density fiber-reinforced calcium silicate board with excellent strength, deformation resistance, fire and moisture resistance.

  • Perforated Layer: Customizable perforation types (round, slotted, square, or combination) with 10%–20% open area for sound penetration.

  • Acoustic Backing: Fiberglass fabric or polyester felt applied on the back, forming a “perforation–cavity–absorption” composite structure to reduce sound reflection.
